100 Precious Days, LFG!
There are 100 days left in 2026.
What will you do with 100 precious days?
Not just with your goals.
With your life.
Take a look:
Your personal life
How are you doing in your relationships?
Your friendships?
Your relationship with yourself?
Are you having any fun?
Your physical life
How does your body feel?
Are you moving it?
Sleeping?
Eating in a way that supports you?
When was the last time you did something that made you feel ALIVE?
Your home life
Does your home support the life you’re trying to live?
Are you managing it—or is it managing you?
What have you been walking past for six months saying,
“I really need to deal with that”?
Your professional life
Are you growing?
Contributing?
Making enough money?
Using what you’re good at?
Are you proud of the way you spend your working hours?
Because you can be absolutely killing it at work and completely tanking as a parent.
You can have an impeccably tidy household that hums like a machine and still spend far too many hours staring at a screen.
You can have a strong body and a lonely life.
You can have people who love you and still have abandoned yourself somewhere along the way.
This is a wildly big life.
And it is yours to live.
That doesn’t mean circumstances don’t matter.
Of course they matter.
Hard things happen.
Things we didn’t choose.
Things we cannot fix.
Things that change the shape of our lives forever.
But there is still a difference between living within the circumstances of your life and surrendering your life to them.
“A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for.”
People aren’t built for the harbor either.
We need to see and be seen.
We need connection—even with strangers.
We need experiences we don’t already know how to navigate.
We need to occasionally scare the shit out of ourselves by trying something we might not be good at.
We need to live.
And maybe that’s the better question for these last 100 days.
Not:
What can I accomplish before December 31?
But:
Where in my life have I been sitting safely in the harbor?
And what would happen if I pulled up the anchor?
You don’t have to overhaul your whole life in 100 days.
But 100 days is plenty of time to change its direction.
I know what kind of person I am.
Come sail away, baby.
We’ve got 100 days.
Let’s f*%king GO!
