The Magic of Energy Exchange in Leadership and Life
The Magic of Energy Exchange in Leadership and Life
It always feels amazing to be thanked.
“This is YOUR energy you’re seeing in me,” they said.
And for a moment, all the imperfect parts of this work—the risks, the messy middles, the doubts—fade into the background.
What’s left?
The joy of loving people.
Living in integrity.
Leading with purpose.
It feels a little conceited to receive that kind of compliment. I don’t do this for applause or accolades (though I’ll gladly take those too).
I do it because I believe in a world where people are personally, physically, and financially fit. That’s the world I want to live in.
So yes, I’ll sit in the glow of the credit I was given—because this path? It wasn’t easy.
The Harder Road
I walked away from a secure, respected career.
I took the risk of being fully seen—flaws and all.
I told truths that made me blush.
I fumbled past “industry standards” and chose to do something radically different.
I kept going through dry spells, through storms, through the well-meaning voices that said I was too much, not enough, or in over my head.
I do things differently than most coaches—and yes, sometimes it’s been the harder road.
Most leadership coaching works from the outside in. Slap on a few tools, teach some tactics, and things look polished…
…but they never go deep enough to touch the truth of a person.
That’s why the change doesn’t stick.
The Work Beneath the Surface
Inside each human is a whole world—buried under family roles, cultural scripts, and layers of unworthiness.
Most people don’t know how to access that kind of depth.
But I do.
Muhuhuwah.
That’s where my energy comes in.
You’re not sitting in my space to rehearse old, broken stories. You’re here to meet yourself at the deepest level—where real personal leadership and self-worth are forged.
The truth is, most people are tired. Burnt out. Overwhelmed. High achievers with no more bandwidth to go inward.
So I give them mine.
The Beauty of Energy
Here’s the beautiful thing about energy: it multiplies.
When I pour into you and you step into your power, I get it right back.
Now we both have more.
It’s real. It’s measurable. It’s the magic.
The beauty of being thanked is that it reminds me why I keep showing up.
It refuels me to keep giving, keep sharing, and keep shining a light on what’s possible when you choose to heal, grow, and lead yourself first.
That’s what personal leadership is. That’s what resilience looks like. That’s what spiritual coaching really does—it helps you remember who you are.
I love you.
Thank you for loving me back.
