Good Morning, From the Real World

This morning, as I sipped coffee on the porch, two deer wandered into view—quiet, alert, unapologetically wild.

And suddenly, I knew: this is the news I need.

Not the stifled truths, the celebrity distractions, or the snake oil salesmen promising miracles in a bottle.
Not the fear-mongering or finger-pointing.
Not the broadcast of a train wreck that keeps us frozen and frenzied.

The real world?
It doesn’t shout. It shows.

Seeds still scatter on feathered wings.
Babies are still born into messy, beautiful chaos.
Trees still grow toward the light.

Life keeps choosing life.

Meanwhile, some keep trying to build palaces with locked gates—structures only the chosen few get to enter.

But nature doesn’t do exclusivity.
It does expansion.
Rebirth.
Generosity.
Cycles.

So today, I’m choosing to remember what’s real.

Not a deer of a different color.
Not a miracle product.
Not a curated version of truth.

We must ask ourselves:
What do we need to protect?
What are we giving our energy to?
And what beauty have we forgotten to see because we’re too busy watching the wreckage?

I invite you…

To breathe.
Step outside.
Let something wild remind you who you are.

The world is still good.
You’re still here.
And there’s still time to remember what matters.

Good beautiful morning. 🌿
